Honestly, I have never thought that I will do that, but as long as it could help my mental health I'm in. Something strange have happened to me like 25 minutes ago. It was like a panic attack but felt more strange. I think it was something bad, because even meditation didn't help. I felt like I had no way to go out there. Like I would be there forever. But now, when I'm writing, I think I'm OK. I will sleep and tomorrow will be better. Have you guys experienced that?
