Hi, I am new here

Hi , just thought i would introduce myself, was given this site address by a friend. I am Paul, 31, married with 3 daughters, i was medically retired 7 years ago due to severe panic and anxiety disorder, along with everything that accompanies this, insomnia, unreal feelings etc... I am on cipralex and am currently seeing a pyschologyst.
I did drugs when i was in my late teens into my early twenties, and feel this has contributed to how i am now....
Well thats all for now, any replies will be much appreciated..

Now JC, you know we are a friendly people...most of the time. Hey, we try hard and that counts for something.

Welcome to the site, Paul. Just jump right in with both feet whenever you feel like it. Sorry and glad you are here, hope you get better every day, and do us a favor... keep a good eye on that ol' JC fella.
