Hi , just thought i would introduce myself, was given this site address by a friend. I am Paul, 31, married with 3 daughters, i was medically retired 7 years ago due to severe panic and anxiety disorder, along with everything that accompanies this, insomnia, unreal feelings etc... I am on cipralex and am currently seeing a pyschologyst.
I did drugs when i was in my late teens into my early twenties, and feel this has contributed to how i am now....
Well thats all for now, any replies will be much appreciated.. :)

Hi Paul & welcome! I'm just curious: does Cipralex help on the DR (feeling weird, unreal, like in a trance or dream...) symptoms?

Too be honest it made me worse to start with, i was on 10mg a day, but after 4 weeks i was put on 20mg a day and they have helped a lot, i don't feel as anxious, panicky and unreal as much as i did, although it is still about... :?
