Hi guys

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been on here but started dealing with depersonalization and derealization again since earlier this year. I lost count how many times I’ve dealt with dp/dr but this year has taken a toll on my mental health, especially with this pandemic and not being able to do much. I know that things will eventually get better. Idk, I’m just feeling kinda lost rn. I don’t even know what’s real anymore.
