My name is Jack. I have had dp/dr for 3 years now. Its always hard to say what from, but I would guess the childhood trauma combined with excessive pot smoking. Long story short, I have seen the depths of this and though 3 years later its not totally gone, my standard of living is so much better. I'd love to connect with some people who are in the same boat!
