Hey there, I just found out this community. I'm a 25 yr old guy , i suffered from dp/dr for 3+ years, its has been a rough time for me. It was like not living at all , it feels like i didnt even remember i lived. I guess you all can understand what im talking about . It was worse than the hell itself. Im here to keep a promise i made to myself , that is offering help & support to all people who needs and dont know how to recover and overcome this "disease". I did it and id very much like to help as many people as possible. A big hug . Stay strong
