Had all of those, VS, static the lot. Thought it was gonna b my new vision but it went away as my stress levels did.

I remember one day something really bad happened, the stress of it made everything go all fuzzy, shiny and dotted, hard to explain...

You are going through extreme high anxiety if you ask me, shortness of breath, tension headaches, ironically this where the "not thinking about it" camp is and for good reason, the more you notice the higher the anxiety.

Have you thought about medication/changing medication with your doctor?

Anyway, just telling you i've been there

Ive experianced alot of those things too. This may sound almost too simple to work at first but have you tried grounding exersizes and/or meditation? Those things really helped me reduce my anxiety and help me get over my panic attacks faster. Recently i only really get panicky at nighttime cause these things helped me figure out how to switch it off. Im too sensitive to meds, some even make my anxiety worse.
