So I was worired because I'm havingmuslce tremors to an extent in my legs and I'm feeling feverish, and I find this:
Great now I go and find this in the description of Geodon on drugs.com:

? Call your doctor immediately if you experience uncontrollable movements of the mouth, tongue, cheeks, jaw, arms, or legs.
? Call your doctor immediately if you experience fever, sweating, severe muscle stiffness (rigidity), confusion, or fast or irregular heartbeats. These could be symptoms of a potentially fatal side effect called Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS).

I'm feeling kind of feverish and my muslces are twitching somewhat...i'm terrified it may be a horrible side effect that could be fatal from missing a dose of geodon, and what if I miss two doses like I'm going to? Does anyone know anything about this? I need help!!!

Well it doesn't say anything about tremors... I think they mean more drastic movements, but I could be wrong.

I would call the pharmacy and see what they say.

You say you are feeling feverish... but have you taken your temperature to find if you really have a fever? If you do maybe you should go to the ER. I don't know I'm not a doctor. Just throwin' some suggestions out for ya.

Iagree withh peacedove that they usually mean real severe examples of what they described. But yeah do see if you have a fever. I'm not trying to be nosy or step on anybodys business, but, when did you have your last drink, of alcohol Imean.

And certainly they're talking about those symptoms while you're taking the drug -- not when you miss taking it.

well I went to the ER since it was the only thing open and got a renewal of my geodon. I took it tonight and most of the symptoms have gone away. Unfortunately I had to pay a hundred dollars for the visit. :x

See I am very curious to see how closely tremors in some people are tied to Dr/dp.

I know I have a constant little tremor or a unsteady feelings in my muscles, it could be the lexapro im on but im on 10mg a day which isnt too much. I dunno I just alway sfeel my muscles are uneasy, I think it might be from the dr and stress and shit i dotn know. Its just there a lot for me.
