Hey I'm Kai.
I've had 24/7 DPDR probably for most of my life, but I'm actually not sure when it started, so the best I can say is at least since elementary school. Interestingly, starting about 6-7 years ago I started getting actual episodes that are obviously much more severe than the 24/7 stuff. The episodes causing things like anxiety attacks, feelings of dizziness to the point where I need to hold onto something or sit down, besides an increase in the usual dpdr symptoms.
Had to leave work once because an episode dragged on too long for me to push through it. Usually I just go "whoop, here we are again" and prepare myself to not fall or faint, but obviously things have limits and anxiety attacks don't help.
I don't particularly expect things to go away, highly unlikely given the length of time I've had it. Though if I could stop randomly getting dizzy that'd be ideal. Haha
Anyways, nice to meet you all.
