I am a swedish woman 51 years old. Suffer from PAWS from benzo and had develop DR DP bc of w/d from psych meds and mental trauma in life. Is benzo free for 35 months. Last week get worsen DP and I am a mess so scared.

Hello Sundanc3. I have no personal experience with benzo withdrawal, but others have described it as being a very difficult process. Remember that time is on your side. One day at a time and you are moving forward.

I've had a rather long and difficult journey myself, as have others on the forum. Welcome.
