Hello guys,
So, my name is Ivan and my friends get used to call me from Polaco, I'm from Brazil and I've been suffering from depersonalization disorder since 2015 when I smoked a blunt and had my first episode. Since that day I started to feel unreal and have daily panic attacks, also the things, my body and the world started to seems weird, like in a dream.
I came to this forum to learn a little more about it, cause even my psychiatrist don't know much about it and couldn't help me, he just gave me some antipsychotic pills but it doesn't helped me until now, so I just accepted my condition and now I'm looking to understand more about this disorder, cause I think I'll need to live with it until my death.
