my week has been so bad.. i have been having the wors Heart palputaions all week, and normally if i had them b4 they wouldent stay long i have had them 24/7 all week, and ive been doing deep breathing and everything, and there still here, i dont want to go get another EKG cuz i just had one a month ago and i was fine, but my heart palps are so intense, and ideas how to get rid of them ...or just anyone eles can relate to me... im not having any other symptoms just these.

I get heart palps all the time too. They usually get worse with alot of stress. Sometimes they last for weeks and sometimes i don't get them for a few weeks.. If u have been checked out im sure you have nothing to worry about. Try not to let them scare you and give them notice and they should fade overtime.

snowy, what do yours feel like? i can like feel it in my throat somtimes, tehre just so intense.. i tryed doing relaxation and even took a kolnopin nothing helped them...:/

mine feel like they are in my throat too.... or feels like they have skipped a beat or feels like my heart is shaking or doing flip flops in my chest... or i feel winded in the chest.... i get this often for many many years.... the dr just said it was stress.... when i focus on them alot and get really scared they get worse... so i try to distract myself and not get worried and do other things and they usually die down...

Try these,

Force like if you're going to the bathroom, I mean, like if you were seated on the toilet and push ;) (I'm not kiding)

Drink ice cold glass of water.

Deep breething can make them worse by the way.

Eat smalll meals.

Try Magnesium/Calcium supplement (regulates electric activity in your body)

I used to get 1 huge palp (fluttering) each minute for a few months, I know how scary it is.
