I never really had headaches but ever since i got DP i got migraine. Like it started on the left side hurting my eyes and now its also on the right eye sometimes. I heard alot of people have headaches too when they have dp.
So is this a normal symptom?

It can be normal to have headaches with dp: one reason is because of tension, anxiety and stress with it...which could cause headaches.

I don't have migraines with it, but do get tension headaches sometimes.

Ibuprofen is what I take. Excedrin seems to cause a spike in anxiety with the caffeine in it.

Hi. I hope you're doing well. I came across this old post and wanted to chime in with my two cents. Migraines and headaches can definitely be a symptom of DP. I would suggest talking to your doctor about it and seeing if they can recommend any treatments. Have you heard of Ubrelvy?
