Does anybody with DP get regular headaches when they worry about DP? I keep feeling my veins at the side of my head and worrying about tumours. I also get sore eyes and blurry vision.

I feel worrying is not helping my symptoms go away.

If your headaches only come on when you are worrying about DP, it is probably a consequence of the stress and worry. I would agree that, whether you have an organic illness or not, worrying will not make your symptoms go away. In fact, it will almost certainly exacerbate them.
