I am stunned to have come across this support group after years of fear and despair. I'm looking forward to digging in and reading more. This could be a game changer for me.

same same same! i hardly open my laptop but i was really excited to find this site. even though i hardly even log on.....

Finally! I thought no one else in the world ever had these terrifying thoughts. I've searched under panic attacks and it never quite fit although they happened. I've researched children's fears and was always led to the topic of night terrors. I've seen psychiatrists who did not understand although one ventured a guess that I was stifling my psychic abilities. At age 63 I find the answer I have been looking for since I was 4. I'm not alone.
