First sorry for my bad English. I'm dutch. so. I'm new here as member. I read much posts etc. here. But I do now not put my story here. It will not be a pleasure to read it so. But I have a question. I did ate some hash, pure and after two and a half hour :? the hell started. My question is. Can it be from the hash. or.... Mostly the time between use and the dp/dr is shorter.

To be clear. I'm not here for egoisticly ask things. :) I want to answer to questions also. I've had also electic shock therapy ECT :( etc. So if you want to know more about it....... Feel free to ask.

Thanx

DP doesnt come directly from any drugs themselves. DP is considered a highly creative form of defense to cetain feelings, mainly panic axiety and depression.

Did you freak out at all during the hash experience? Panic attack?

Yes I completely freaked out. Nothing was the same in a split second. Extremely anxious and panicing. But only after 2,5 hours after I took the hash....

Did at any point you say, somethign along the lines of "Fuck this, ill wait it out?"

As a defense our brains at some point made a "mode" to help us deal with overwhelming emotions as a way to escape them. Unfortunately, its not a mode we can consciously switch in and out of.... usually happens from reminders of certain aspects of what made us create the mode in the first place, and brings into the mode and doesnt let us remember while in the mode.....

Recovery's first step is to find out what happened when you first created this mode (which can be very depressing to talk about cause this mode makes us never ever think of these things because they overwhelm us)
