Im wondering what your quality of sleep is like?

I tracked mine and understand that a smartphone tracker isn't the most precise but its gives you a rough idea.

I was hardly getting any good quality sleep. Im trying to counter this with blue light blocking glasses and they have actually started to make my sleep pattern look a lot more structured.

I've been curious about doing a sleep study. I had one scheduled recently but it ended up falling through.

I can't imagine my sleep is particularly good. I wake up all throughout the night and even when I've got eight hours of sleep, my body always tells me that I can sleep eight more.

It might have had something to do with staying up until 5 am and waking up a 2 pm. Just recently have I switched that around, so we'll see how more structure works.

What tracker did you use?
