I am taking medication but I also fully believe in using supplements, especially because the anxiety/stress caused by depression/DP/DR surely takes a toll on the balance of vitamins/minerals, etc within our systems.
Anyway, the supplements I take are as follows:
Eye-Q Capsules - 3 capsules in the morning, 3 in the evening
MegaVit, Timed Release - One tablet in the evening
Amino 1500 - 4 tablets in the evening
Some information on these products below:
Eye-Q Capsules
The EPA ratio is higher in eye q ?
What sets eye q ? apart from other nutritional supplements is its high ratio of EPA to DHA. Equazen uses a unique marine fish oil that has four times more EPA than DHA. This allows the EPA to function better and gives it a more active role in helping to maintain the eye and brain in healthy functioning order.
Research has demonstrated that long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids play an important role in the development of the eye and brain: specifically vision, co-ordination, learning ability, memory and concentration.
Mega Vit-Min Timed Release Capsules
Timed Release Mega Vita-Min is a high strength natural multiple vitamin and mineral formula that is much higher in potency than any other vitamin.

Amino 1500 Capsules
Amino acids are needed to maintain and repair muscles, tendons, skin, ligaments, organs, glands, nails, and hair. They also aid in the production of hormones (such as insulin), neurotransmitters (message-carrying chemicals within the brain), various body fluids, and enzymes that trigger bodily functions. When even one amino acid is lacking, serious health problems will eventually occur.

I can't quote on how much they have helped me so far, as I have only been taking the supplements for a week or so, but it certainly doesn't hurt to give your body a boost with all of the elements it needs.
I have also switched from drinking coffee/coke and tea, to purely drinking green tea (there are a multitude of flavours available these days).
Here are just a few known health benefits of drinking green tea:
Boosts your immune system
Lowers blood sugar
Helps prevent cavities and tooth decay
Slows the aging process
Helps reduce the risk of cancer
Lowers cholesterol
Aids in weight loss by burning calories
Reduces high blood pressure
Prevents arthritis
Reduces the risk of heart disease
Reduces the risk of stroke
Lowers the risk of blood clot
Also, there are about twenty different types of amino acids in tea. More than 60% of these amino acids consist of theanine, which is unique to green tea because the steaming process does not eliminate it. Theanine has a similar structure to glutamine and provides an elegant taste and sweetness in green tea. L-theanine is a healthy amino acid that is only found in tea plants and certain mushrooms. L-theanine directly stimulates the production of alpha brain waves which promotes a state of relaxed awareness, it has a calming effect on the body without making one drowsy.
Anyway, I hope this has been of use to someone.
