I just started taking super omega 3 pills and a high consentrate vitamin B & C combo for my DP/DR. Has anyone tried this combo?? If you have could you tell what success you did or didn't have Also if anyone would like to add to this combo that would be apreciated as well. I am very determined to fight my DP/DR with natural stuff not perscribed drugs. I know I have been reading a lot on here about omega 3 working wonders for DP/DR so yeah please let me know. Thanks everyone!

I take the maximum recommended dosage for Omega 3, but as for vitamin c and b, i only get that through my glass of orange juice and centrum. The omegas i believe to have helped.

I am taking medication but I also fully believe in using supplements, especially because the anxiety/stress caused by depression/DP/DR surely takes a toll on the balance of vitamins/minerals, etc within our systems.

Anyway, the supplements I take are as follows:

Eye-Q Capsules - 3 capsules in the morning, 3 in the evening
MegaVit, Timed Release - One tablet in the evening
Amino 1500 - 4 tablets in the evening

Some information on these products below:

Eye-Q Capsules

The EPA ratio is higher in eye q ?

I can't quote on how much they have helped me so far, as I have only been taking the supplements for a week or so, but it certainly doesn't hurt to give your body a boost with all of the elements it needs.

I have also switched from drinking coffee/coke and tea, to purely drinking green tea (there are a multitude of flavours available these days).

B12 definately decreases my dr, but like everything I've tried, doesn't cure me.

antacid (quikeze) b4 bed makes me clearer in the morning.

2 glasses of red wine (absolutely no more) frees me of dr for about 30 minutes or so. 4-20 glasses makes me worse for days on end.

the only thing I can say for sure is that I think you need to tackle both the physiological and psychological to get some relief.
