I just came back from outside. While I was driving, I got this quick burst of unreality. It was as if my exisitence seemed fake. Sort of like a "Matrix"
thought. It was powerful and by heart gave out a few strong beats as well. It did scare me. What is this? Why does it happen? Did anyone else experience this?

Sometimes i will suddenly feel as though I've entered into reality again. It happens in a matter of seconds and is quite scary. Sometimes this is accompanied by a feeling of a loss of time. By this I mean when I feel as though I've suddenly re-entered reality, I question what I had been doing for the past few minutes or so.
