Anyone into hardhouse/hardtrance and would know good albums, which would still be in sale? I hardly know anything about that subcategory of techno, but I've fallen in love with it, especially hardhouse... Any cd recommendations are mostly appreciated, thanks!

The only house i like is French House which isn't 'hard' at all sooooo.....i'm no help. The only good trance i can think of right now is Jimmy Van M and Dave Ralph...i'm more into the drum and bass scene.

Hey thanks Zig, though I am not that into drum'n'bass - I was sure I won't get any reply! I have asked my boyfriend to give me a couple of hardhouse cds for a Christmas present - I hope the people in the techno shop Street Beat would recommend him some good cds. This genre is completely unknown to me, as before I have listened mainly to psychedelic trance/goa. I feel the best psy-trance was made in 1997/8, and nowadays psy-trance is just a grey shadow of what it was once - so I was really glad when I accidentally got to hear hardhouse on the radio. Hardhouse/hardtrance feels extremely danceable to me, I love the tough and quick beat of those genres...!
