Hello, this is my third post here! Anyone who want to read my story can do it under this thread, "derealization for 7 years (i guess). Anyway, during my second year of this horrible state i was at a party (had only drink one glas of wine) and started to feel intense fear and panic. After a while i stand up and look in the mirror and then i saw how my flesh came of my face (i saw blood etc) and it also looked liked my jaw was falling of my face. This is the only time during this 7 years i experienced something like this and i just wanted to hear what you guys Think about that? Have anyone here ever experienced something like this during your DP time?

I know, its really weird actually.. my DP was HORRIBLE during that time. I just felt how my anxiety increased during the few hours i was at my friends house (it ended with her mother driving me home to my parents where i countinued to have sort of a panic attack all night) and then frooze infront of the mirror and saw this scary illusion..screaming to my friend if she saw what was happening but.. ofcourse she did not. Its not possible that there was druga in the glas, my three friends how where there never done drugs (not me either) and also it happened directly during the drinking.
