God , Jesus and Mary , I know it , have heard my prayer . I cried for help in my bath last wednesday . I was crying so hard .

I repeated his name , I begged him to save me and it is what he is doing <3 .

Be humble , live your life even if it seems difficult , be Love , give , love yourself , beg for forgiveness , because Jesus is here and he is listenning to us <3 .

I am a very logic , and open minded person . I have not been raised in christian religion . But I don't know why , I KNOW , deep inside my heart , that JESUS IS HERE AND HEALS . I know that he is here .

In the beginning of my dp.dr experience , I went to Saint Rita church ( the saint of critical cases ) and ask Jesus and Saint Rita to save me .

But I have made a promise to God , Jesus , Mary and the saints : If I get out of DP/DR , I will live in Joy and Love . I am recovering , so I have to live like I promise to do . Live , Laugh and Love <3 .

You are all in my thoughts and prayers .

I know you posted this a year ago, but I wanted to encourage you as a fellow Jesus-follower who deals with DP/DR. It can be so hard to hold onto truth in the midst of depersonalization, but I praise God that I am doing moderately well right now. I wanted to testify from my experience that Jesus does listen and does care even when it doesn't seem like it. I pray that you are continuing to recover from DP/DR, and that the Holy Spirit may continue to strengthen you to live a life dedicated to the Lord. He is good.
