I got prescribed lamotrigine 3 months ago, but ever since I read about Steven Johnson Syndrome I am very afraid to try it.But I have a feeling that this medication can help me.I have pure derealization.Or actually I am not sure if I still have derealization, what happens is that I question of the world is real and then panic.I had the visual symptoms the first time I got derealization a few years ago.I have also done an MRI, which showed a small cavernoma in the left frontal lobe.I wonder if this is the cause of my obsessive thinking and anxiety since I was a child.Strobe lights trigger a bad headache for me, nausea and tinnitus.Could this be due to seizures ?
