I find getting out of bed to be just very diffucult and I know the day ahead will be challenging but that really seems to be the hardest part of this. I was sitting this morning smoking a cigarette to calm my nerves and realized how much I felt just hungover. I always had a hard time getting out of bed when hungover on alcohol so I stopped but now I kind of realized why I didn't quit for so long being I feel hungover either way. Any thoughts.
Also, what do you guys do for work these days? I know it's an FAQ but it always is changing do to the challenges of this disorder.
