Since I've been dealing with my injury and recovering, DP has made a come back......typical; bad things always return when you're feeling weak and vulnerable. What I do have to say is that the more you stay inside your house because of your symptoms, the worse you will feel. I know that it is hard to get out because of all the symptoms, but I came to the realization again that if you sit home all day and analyze this demon and its symptoms things only get so much worse. Force yourself to do things......

I've noticed a drastic drop in my dp/dr levels by simply going to a friends house, or to the bowling alley, etc. I highly reccomend that all of you go out, even if it seems scary at first. Just pretend everythings fine and eventually you will feel a lot better. As my psychotherapist says, you have to fake it to make it
