Hey guys,

Today I celebrate my birthday, and I feel a bit more "in-sync" than usual. I guess people focusing about me on my own special day makes me feel more "real and connected" than usual.

Recently I shared my story with the forum (which you can read by looking at my profile I guess) and I got some really great feedback. One friendly user told me about their success with taking magnesium supplements and discovering deeper forms of relaxation.

Without this forum I would never have had access to this kind of information.

This got me thinking, what other tips/tricks/strategies do people have that could help?
