My DP is so bad right now... I feel like I'm gonna have an out of body experience. Everything looks dark and shadowy like I'm gonna pass out. I think I'm getting sick. I'm freezing, my head is killing me, my body aches, and my head is warm. My stomach is starting to feel weird too. I probably have that weird disease that's killing people in Canada.

I'm trying not to look at myself cuz it freaks me out. I'm talking to my family like nothing is wrong, but I sound so strange and they look so strange. It's hard to breathe. Oh my god why can't I just be normal!!!

Sorry, had to get that out.

It sounds as if besides the DP/DR you might have the flu, if your cold, and hot and feel faint. Might be a good Idea to go down to the Emergency Room and see what they can do to make you feel better.

It's OK to vent PeaceDove......and as you know, we've all been there.

Don't forget - people have recovered from this. Keep that in mind in your darkest moments. Hope is not lost. When you recover, life will be wonderful.
