Hi,
Since this all began, I've been having lots of vivid dreams at night, and when I'm waking in the morning I have a very odd thing happen where I know I am awake but my mind is still "dreaming". What I mean by that is my brain will be having conversations with itself and having random thoughts.
I wake up every day feeling really tired and during the day feel like I'm kinda half asleep and I have visual disturbances and DR.
If I don't drag myself out of bed I can sleep all day, but in a weird state of sleep, where I feel l
From what I've read it could be a case that there has been a blurring between wake and sleep.
This is all very disturbing and I wondered if anyone else could relate to this?
Any feedback appreciated!
Cheers

This happens to me as well. It's scary, but you're not alone. I'm thinking about telling my new psychiatrist about it, but I'm afraid of what she might think... and prescribe. I don't want any antipsychotics. They injected me with one once at the ER and I got dystonia because of it.

I know exactly how you feel. This is the only kind sleep I get, and it's really frustrating and scary. Luckily, I found other people with this problem on here so I realize that it's only a symptom of Dp. For 5 straight months, I was looking for cures and answers to my strange insomnia, and I feel like I can finally relax now that I discovered that the problem is linked to Dp. You have no clue how much I've dwelled over this problem, I've tried about 10 different medications, and tons of natural remedies. It's mind boggling that an anxiety disorder can cause this many problems... I wish I had some answers for you, but I'm suffering too and would love to hear some suggestions. I actually watched a video on youtube on this exact problem, and the guy suggested staying up as late as you can until you basically can't function, and then go to sleep. I'm not sure how this helps, but I tried it the other night, and I felt a lot better the next day. Hope this helps a little.
