·I have put an article on Depersonalization, current researches (fb. 2005) from the Canadian Journal of Psychiatry in the French section of the forum.
Pretty interesting.
Translation : Differents clinical cases of improvement has been releved on Paxil, Prozac, Prozac and Buspar and Celexa + Zyprexa. An open study showed an improvment of 6 patients on Prozac or Luvox. A random study concluded at the absence of improvment with placebo and at the efficacity of Anafranil (3 on 7 patient) superior of desipramine. An open study on 6 patients suffering from DP since 2 to 15 years and treatment-resistant (SSRI) showed a reduction of DP symptoms from 40 % to 80 % after 1 month, after lamictal addition (with SSRI).
