I was out of DP once .

It was a sudden and triggered by my brother.

It likes waking up from a dream.

Its like a personality switch .

From no personality into your old self.

I kept saying my name like Shit f##K because it was unbelieveble.

I also said to my brother that you have grown up.

I didnt have amnesia of my Dp years.

Before 1 year . I didnt know i had DPDR.
When i got out of DP.
I realized what was happening to me all these years.

I said did i wake up from sleep?
I said My brain was fooling me till now.

My mother made a video of me while out of DP. When i watch that video. It makes me angry. I really want to go back to reality.
