Personally, and maybe I just don't have "full blown" dr, I found that dr was a lot easier to get used to than dp, which seems to manifest in ugly ways all across the board.

Hola,
In my oppinion, they're both pretty bad. Anytime your reality becomes skewed, (if not by choice) just knowing you have a problem with your brain is pretty damn spooky. But then again maybe thats just me.

That makes SOME good sense poonanny, however you speak of times, I went into DR and stayed, no relief, no only during panic attacks etc, just came, and stayed, and has been here for 3 months+

Whats with that!? :?

there both equally bad i think. maybe dp worse, feeling not alive, but the dream like nothing is real feeling is bad as well. so they both are.
