when you get anxiety attacks, since its a result of some kind of fear..thousands of years ago we used it as a defense mechanism in certain situations, have you ever like tried running around screaming(well maybe not screaming haha) or like dancing..basically letting all the adrenaline get used up or w/e just to get yourself over the attack? and has it helped? cause I was thinking of doing that when I get anxiety attacks or even before it when I feel huge rushes of adrenaline. I think im gonna try it next time.

Bad panic = very high heart rate/adrenaline etc

As in I could be laying down staring at a wall and my heart rate could be through the roof. Exercise in that condition seems suicidal.

Well, if nothing else, running and screaming would make a good distraction from the anxiety. I'm all for it!

it does work, and its exactly how i get rid of my anxiety. playing drums, infront of people, really gets your addrenaline going, and your heart-rate going for the RIGHT REASON. if your panicing over nothing, addrenaline is being produced and used for no reason, and takes alot of time to wear off. doing phsyical stuff tends to get rid of the anxiety.

PS: after exercise, your heart-rate naturally slows down and you become fatigued, panicing your heart-rate only slows down when you finish panicing, which can go on for hours/all day.

keep going, its fucking difficult. 8)
