when you get anxiety attacks, since its a result of some kind of fear..thousands of years ago we used it as a defense mechanism in certain situations, have you ever like tried running around screaming(well maybe not screaming haha) or like dancing..basically letting all the adrenaline get used up or w/e just to get yourself over the attack? and has it helped? cause I was thinking of doing that when I get anxiety attacks or even before it when I feel huge rushes of adrenaline. I think im gonna try it next time.
