For all those that feel like nothing is changing or getting better and has been that way for a long time, ask yourself what you consider as progression. Is it all a mind thing? The blank mind hasn’t been fixed for x amount of days. When your attention revolves around what you view as your issue, then the issue will always be there at the forefront. It’s not just forgetting about it though, it’s a shift, or a drop. It’s a drop of this whole progression phase
For the last 6 years I’ve been constantly writing notes that I think say important shit, except I never go back to read it. I find that when I am distracted or have something to fall back on a little (RuneScape for me) I am a lot happier, naturally. If this helps in some way, great, if not, well god dammit at least I tried. I’m takin a break. Peace. If anyone is interested you can ask me for my discord or something.
