Title says it all. Been used for Parkinson's and Depression.

Here is a basic article, those who want to look at this deeper can of course find all the science they need using google

not saying much, but I guess if you are going to snack on something, pretty good to snack on something making you feel better.

My current pick me up that works is smoothie of Almond Milk (or milk, just a lot of calories) a lot of berries (I buy a frozen pack for like £1.50 or $2 for 1kg!) and a Banana. Don't do it often but it sure picks me up....

Feel free to share your FOOD related pick me up!

Tumeric has helped me a lot with depression. I bought a huge bag of dried hibiscus flowers lately and have been putting them in my oatmeal in the morning along with cloves, cinnamon and other spices, pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, walnuts -- all major antioxidants, some of the best in the world. It's given me a great boost in the morning and is definitely helping with my recovery. Also, citrus fruits are great for vitamin C which boosts dopamine.
