Same here, and the sun light when i get out off home, omg it's a real struggle, feels like you been in dark basement for years
OMG! Yes! Sunlight kills me too. And trees look really strange - like every bit of the tree is separate - like it's not a whole tree. :/ - I notice the parts of the tree, not the whole tree. It's so crap!

When I was really bad, lighting was one of my biggest issues. I could not handle overhead lighting whatsoever so I bought lamps at second hand stores and put them in many rooms of my home, even the kitchen and bathrooms. That symptom has thankfully passed but sometimes it still bothers me at night, especially when I am exhausted. I even have to turn the brightness of the computer down. Take care of yourself and shop during the day, the lighting will bother you less if there is sunlight coming through the grocery store windows. Look for grocery stores that have those big picture windows. Good luck!

Yeah, the supermarket is a good example. Other bad ones for me include lamposts, those light up bollards in the road (I don't know if you have the same thing outside of the UK but hey) and the Sun. So disorientating, it's horrible
