Hello everyone
I've managed my anxiety again and now it's been 1 month after i return taking my medication again
But sometimes i had scary experience
When i wake up
I feel like I'm almost can move my body and my body feels weird and numb more .. so confused even if i open my eyes my vision become so weird
I've had something similar to this before
But not with the body symptoms
