Feeling unreal without numbness/physical symptoms?
Hello,
ive been feeling unreal/like i dont exist for 8 months now.
Yet im not numb at all and dont have physical symptoms.So not out of body or any of that stuff (except when i obsess a lot i might feel it a bit)
I just dont feel like myself at all, no sense of self.
Anyone in the same boat?
