this is my biggest issue ..... i'll feel absolutely nothing for weeks on end then it will all hit me at once and i'll be terrible , it comes in waves but right after ill be worse than before and have lost of myself a lot

today is reminscent of my terrible memory, lost of myself, and feeling and speaking monotone without the intention thats normally there
