i noticed the last couple days ive felt really weird, like i feel like maybe im becoming "normal" again. i have noticed that ive mostly stopped constantly asking myself how im feeling, ive stopped worrying so much. the dp/dr feeling is still here but i think i am getting better i hope.

also, ive been going to bed around 10-11pm the past few nights because i regularly go to bed at 12-2am. i know i am really effected by sleep so maybe going to bed is going to help me alot. im going to continue to go to sleep around those times and see what happens.

when you feel dp/dr attacks come harder dont feel discouraged as they come on the path of recovery, and the more you lose hope the more you're actually likely to fail
