Hey
2 years ago I had an anxiety While smoking cannabis , day after I start to fill weird like I still on like I'm under the influence of cannabis .Then general anxieties started anxiety from everything and without understanding why . Few the after A thought jumped out at me without understanding, a thought about it consciousness what is consciousness and then the loop started and now I’m in state of fear of mine on existence and And everything is related to existence and every moment I look from my point of view thoughts come up of it sound of it color of it feeling of it sound of it shape how I define feeling all kinds of irrational thoughts that even though it does not make sense how I deal with this kind of fears

I been there. Your just noticing for the first time how strange it is that consciousness exists in the first place and thats ok and normal. Consciousness is weird, to even be alive is miraculous but its just a natural process that occurs in the universe we live in. Youll get back to a normal way of feeling about it, just give yourself some time. Youll be ok.

Dont let thoughts like "this is all so strange" or "what is all this?" Consume you. Your tricking your own brain into thinking everything around you is not normal or real. Do the opposite. Remind yourself that everything around you is normal and makes complete sense. Because it does! And remind yourself that your safe. Things i did to get out of this involved forcing myself to stay present with my life. Physical touch and connecting your senses to the environment could help. For instance, try the 3-3-3 rule for anxiety.
