False.

I'm sorry everyone but I'm really bad, precisely today I'm really bad.

When I get very bad anxiety I think I might be in a coma dream. It makes sense but at the same time it's delusional. What a predicament. I hope you feel better soon and know you're not in the matrix.

Did you watch the movie The Matrix where they showed Neo "glitches in the Matrix" where the same woman passed by walking the same dog in a short span time, and they said she's not real? This is going to sound pretty silly but a lot of Americans started to believe we're in a simulation or a dream around 2016 because of how weird American politics became and more importantly how weird the population became with QAnon and the transgender movement. There's no way to prove that other people are real and that we aren't in a simulation but the level of certainty you have on the matter seems delusional. What could you possibly have witnessed that made you so sure of this and screaming in the mirror? I'm genuinely asking. You need to tell your treatment providers that you're experiencing this. If you're starting to think, "NoDevils is one of them, he's Agent Smith," then you're venturing into a territory where you might not come back for a long time. Turn back, my man.

I'm sorry all of these bad things have happened to you at once, with the relationship and the accident. These types of things can be exacerbated by stress. My mother would frequently get in auto accidents because she is frantic and doesn't take care of herself. You are in the midst of a severe mental health episode with suicidal plans and delusions. You need to tell your psychiatrist or some appropriate authority that this is happening. If you love yourself, your girlfriend, your mother then don't attempt suicide and instead tell your psychiatrist. Cars of the same model are sold en masse and in only a few color options. They also drive along familiar routes and double back when they're done. It would be weird if you didn't see the same car. The reason you're noticing them now is called attentional bias. Everyone has this bias, like if I have a conversation about Dodge trucks then later on I'm going to notice more of them on the road because my brain has been primed to see them.

I honestly don't know what do.
I would tell my psychiatrist. That's what they're for. I know they can be assholes sometimes and a lot of their medicines have shitty side effects.

"Reality testing is a concept in Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory in which the ego recognizes the difference between the external and internal world. In other words, it is the ability to see a situation for what it really is, rather than what one hopes or fears it might be...

Many contemporary psychologists have abandoned Freudian theories and may not fully accept Freud’s concept of reality testing. Reality testing, however, remains an important part of separating oneself from others and the external world..."

"The difference between depersonalization and psychotic disorders is awareness. People with depersonalization disorder know the feelings of detachment are not real. People with a psychotic disorder believe their feelings are reality."
