Hey all ! Am facing dpdr for past 1 month. I worked out intensely for 40 mins for the 1st time. After that I had panic attacks and severe dpdr for 2 weeks . After that I started going for a walk and doing things normal . But still Am feeling like inreal and not connected like before. Am not able to live my like before. Can someone please help me who recovered from dpdr or faced this.
