Exercise is the best.better than anything else.
1.You get an endorphine rush,boost seretonin levels etc in your brain
2.you get rid of toxins thru sweat,the body/mind connection is very strong,theyre not independent of each other
3.your appetite gets better,which can disappear with depression
4.It keeps you busy,purposeful getting you out of a rut
5.Its good for your organs and you look better,and have more energy.Good for the self esteem
Dont go at it like a madman,you may only injure yourself or feel terrible after it.Get involved in team sports.running on your own or working out on your own can get you stuck in your head.Its better fun in teams and more social.
