Hey everyone!

I was known on this forum as 'psychostein' -- (Psychostein)

I basically got DPDR back in 2016 after a bad marijuana trip, I suffered for a total of 1.5 years and recovered 100%
when I say recovered 100% I mean from dpdr, not anxiety.

I happy to answer any questions on here or you can dm me if you wish :)

recovering from a weed induced dpd is very easy. sorry if you feel offended, but i myself got both versions. drug induced and emotional-trauma-cptsd induced.

one other thing.

almost everyone on this board who recovered from dpd got the drug induced. its not a coincidence.

I have to agree with this, a trauma based DP/DR like stemming from childhood and deep rooted traumas is much more deep layered, and thicker. Especially if you started coping with stressors by dissociating from a young age. It gets so tough to break. A drug induced dp/dr happening later at life is IMO a way easier version of dp/dr. But nobody can measure this of course.

I have drug induced dpdr because of Cannabis - its severe even after 3 years

Its not 'easy'
you should begin to think about why almost everyone who recovered here got it from weed. its doable. and you can do it. its not like complex repetitive traumas from childhood what change your perception of your self and the world. its just anxiety. weed dp and emotional-cptsd dp are not the same thing. i got both of it and even the symptoms are completely different. still, its different for everybody but i got dp at a time where i couldnt read anything positive in the internet. i just thought i have to live with it my whole life. but it came different.
