EMDR

Has anyone tried EMDR therapy. My doctor referred me to someone, and I guess I am going to give it a try. I also started Celexa today. 2.25 mg liquid form, very small dose. Gonna work my way up very slowly. Just wondering if anyone had tried EMDR and if it helped them?
