EFT, how to do it

Hi everyone, I have had dpdr, dissociative amnesia(complete to partial memory loss), and slight hppd, causing mild hallucinations for the past 5 years and now I have it down almost completely. In my opinion, the first thing someone needs to realize if he wants to be healed is that dpdr is a disorder caused by negative emotion/triggers/negative memories. This method releases the negative emotion that causes dpdr. The method is called EFT.

Here's how to do it.

Step 1. Write down and identify your triggers no matter what they are. They can range from traumatic memories to limiting thoughts.

Step 2. Say the triggers and after say "I deeply and completely love and accept myself" while tapping on your meridian points as shown here.

Step 3. Optional; After tell yourself positive affirmations(Positive statements towards yourself.)

I have reduced all of my disorders by about 80% by doing this method. I am able to remember my past by a significant amount. This method heals the underline cause of your dpdr. I know from experience that facing negative emotions can be hard but it is so worth healing dpdr.
