I know this sounds obvious - but do the following.
Take a pint of water - crush some paracetamol and some kind of stomach settler into the water. Pour in the fruit juice (not concentrate), a spoonfull of sugar and a tiny bit of salt (you've lost a lot during drinking) Drink the whole lot. After an hour, if you feel a little better, go back to bed and try to get some sleep.
