this is also the reason I cannot relax sitting in a nice bubble bath..ever, I get too aggitated.
Yes when I had my dp at its worst I had a hard time in the shower, I ended up leaving the shower curtain open, made me feel a little better. I mean you cant NOT wash. Also I dont have the shower thing on top of me, I have one of those telephone type shower heads you hold in your hand- helps a bit more. ( If you know what I am talking about)..you have more control.
Try taking a radio in there with you. Not in the shower, in the bathroom. To keep your mind focused somewhere else..
