Am I the only one that feels like DR is remarkably more terrifying? DP usually sucks too but I find myself worried about DR 90% of the time versus DP 10% of the time. Give me your thoughts.

I think both are equally scary and uncomfortable
DR is scary cause times fucked up and I feel so disconnected from everyone around me so I feel alone
DP is hard cause of the numbness I feel and my loss of identity plus my memories are all distant and dont feel like mine
All in all I'd say DR DP are both a form of slow torture

Both suck but yes I'd say having severe DR than DP is much worse than vice versa. When I was feeling more dp'd, at least I was able to talk to people and connect a bit (it was only my identity that felt strange) I didn't feel alone much. but with severe DR, the whole world and people seem alien and like I don't belong to the human race anymore. I have both dp/dr but since the increase in DR, I've become awfully quiet, reserved, lonely, and really terrified of the DR sensations.
