So I've been having these symptoms for the past 7 months which happened at the same time as my DP but I was wondering if it was just a coincidence and these symptoms are something completely different?

The symptoms are spaced out with hazy vision, laying down or sitting down I feel like I'm moving but I'm not dizzy, weird head Sensations and sometimes head pressure and low ringing in left ear that I only hear when it's really quiet.

Are these DP symptoms as well?

Yes, people speak about these same symptoms all the time.

Many of these symptoms are co-morbid with anxiety. Of course, if any of these things become worse over time, then consult your general practitioner.

Overall though, these are really common among the depersonalization / derealization sufferers - especially if they experience a lot of anxiety.
